The counter is the hardest-working piece of furniture in any shop, cafe or reception. It takes the queue, the till, the card machine, the deliveries and the elbows, every single day. Off-the-shelf counters rarely fit the space, the brand or the equipment.
We design, machine, finish and install retail counters, cash desks, servery counters and reception desks in our own Cardiff workshop. Timber, laminate, Corian and solid surface, spray-lacquered fronts, integrated lighting and cable management, all made to your drawings or ours.

How long does a bespoke shop counter take?
Typically 3 to 5 weeks in our Cardiff workshop once drawings are signed off, plus installation, which is usually a single day or night for one counter.
What materials do you use for counters?
Hardwood and veneer, laminates and compact grade, painted and spray-lacquered MDF, metal, glazing and Corian or solid surface tops. We recommend what will survive your trade, not just what looks good on day one.
Can you build a counter around our till and equipment?
Yes, and we insist on it. Send us your equipment list and we design the counter around it, including card machine positions, coffee machines, chillers, waste points and cable routes.
Do you install counters outside Wales?
Yes. We make everything in Cardiff and install UK-wide with our own fitters, including Westfield London and Westfield Stratford.
Can you just make a counter, not the whole fit-out?
Yes. Plenty of clients come to us for a single counter or reception desk. We are just as happy making one piece well as fitting out a whole unit.
