Retail kiosks built for Westfield standards.
Trading in a Westfield centre means a 360 degree design with nothing hidden, certified materials, a demise line you cannot cross and a night shift to install. We have done it, in both London centres, and we design for those rules from the first sketch.
How We Get You Trading
Design Guide to Opening Night.
Centre Design Guide First
We read the guide before we draw. Height limits, demise lines, sightlines and material rules shape the concept rather than being fixed afterwards.
Approval Pack
Full drawings, finishes, fire certification and method statements presented in the format the landlord expects, so approval is a formality not a fight.
Built in Cardiff
Joinery, solid surface, spray finishing, signage and lighting all made in our own workshop, dry fitted and checked before it leaves us.
Overnight Install
Delivered and assembled out of hours with our own crew, permits in place, mall handed back clean and trading ready.
Kiosk Portfolio
Real Brands. Real Malls.
Food, beauty, tech, toys and bureau de change. Every unit below was designed, built and installed by our own team, most of them overnight so the brand trades the next morning.

More detail on the format, costs and approvals sits on our retail kiosks service page, and the full build is covered in the project case studies.
Westfield White City
Your Brand, Your Story.
A cluster of illuminated pop-up retail pods for the Your Brand Your Story programme at Westfield White City, giving independent brands a mid-mall home in one of the busiest centres in Europe. Brass effect panelled bodies, stone effect tops, recessed brand plates and continuous plinth lighting, manufactured in our Cardiff workshop and installed overnight around the centre trading hours.

Behind the Scenes
Lemonica, Overnight Build.
What a Westfield kiosk actually looks like before the shopper sees it. Hoardings up, setting out, counter carcass in, illuminated signage wired and tested, then hoardings down and trading the next morning. This is the Lemonica lemonade kiosk at Westfield Stratford, built and installed by our own team.

Westfield Kiosk FAQs
Straight Answers.
Do you build kiosks for Westfield London and Westfield Stratford?
Yes. We have designed, manufactured and installed units in both centres, including the Myomaster kiosk at Westfield London and the Ben's Cookies kiosk at Westfield Stratford. We build in Cardiff and install overnight so trading is never interrupted.
What does Westfield require before a kiosk can be installed?
A design submission that meets the centre design guide, drawings and finishes for landlord approval, fire certification for the materials used, evidence of accessibility compliance, plus RAMS, insurance and contractor accreditation before you get an out-of-hours works permit.
How long does landlord approval usually take?
Allow three to five weeks from first concept to written approval, running in parallel with our detailed design. Rejections are almost always about sightlines, demise line overhangs, exposed back-of-house or missing fire certification, so we design those out at the start.
How is a Westfield installation carried out?
In sections, at night, through the service routes agreed with centre management. A typical kiosk lands over one to three nights with the mall clean and trading the next morning.
What does a Westfield standard kiosk cost?
Bespoke kiosks start from £45,000 plus VAT as a guide, installed, excluding design fees. Food and beverage units cost more because of extraction, water, drainage and equipment integration.
