Retail Fit-Out. Built for trading hours.
Retail is the sector we know best. Landlord packs, mall management, night working windows, service isolations and a hard trading deadline are normal to us, not obstacles we discover halfway through. We have delivered stores, concessions and kiosks inside Westfield, Ealing Broadway and independent high street units, and the same team designs, builds and installs every one.
What This Sector Demands
The Things That Actually Go Wrong.
Fixed trading deadlines
Rent starts whether the unit opens or not. We plan backwards from your trading date and manufacture in Cardiff while approvals are still moving, so site time is the shortest part of the programme.
Landlord and centre approvals
Shopping centres want drawings, RAMS, insurance and a fit-out deposit before anyone lifts a tool. We prepare the pack and deal with centre management directly.
Night and out of hours working
Most malls only allow works outside trading. Our installers work nights, hoard the area and leave it clean for opening, which is why centres let us back in.
Finishes that survive footfall
A shopfront that looks good on opening week has to look the same after a year of trolleys, deliveries and cleaning. We specify materials for the traffic, not the photograph.

Retail & Shopping Centres FAQs
The Questions We Get Asked.
How long does a retail unit fit-out take?
A small concession or kiosk is typically four to eight weeks from signed drawings, and a full store six to twelve. The bulk of that is manufacture in our Cardiff workshop, which happens while landlord approvals and services are being arranged, so the on-site element is usually one to two weeks.
Do you work inside shopping centres?
Regularly. We hold the insurance, RAMS and inductions centres ask for, and we are used to Westfield, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, British Land and Crown Estate procedures, including night working and goods lift bookings.
Can you fit out a store while it stays open?
Yes, by phasing the work and building out of hours. We hoard the live area, protect the sales floor and reinstate each morning so trading is not interrupted.
