We rely on legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries about our services) and, where a project proceeds, performance of a contract.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Project records are retained longer where required for contractual, warranty, tax or legal purposes.
