Can you fit out our office while we keep working?
Yes. We zone the floor plate, hoard the working area and phase the programme, with noisy work moved to evenings or weekends. Most of our office clients stay in occupation throughout.
How much does an office fit-out cost per square foot?
A light refresh with decoration, flooring and some joinery usually lands well below a category B fit-out involving partitions, services alterations and bespoke furniture. We price the actual scope after a site visit rather than quoting a rate that turns out to be wrong.
Do you supply furniture as well?
We manufacture bespoke desking, storage and reception joinery in Cardiff and we can supply loose furniture alongside it, so the whole space arrives as one coordinated package.
