Most fit-out problems are not craft problems, they are coordination problems. We run the programme, the landlord paperwork and the trades ourselves, and we install with our own team, so nobody can point at anybody else when a date slips.

Survey & Buildability
Measured survey, existing conditions and an honest read on what the drawings will cost to build before anything is ordered.
Programme & Phasing
A realistic programme with the long-lead items identified early, phased so a live store or venue can keep trading where possible.
Landlord & Centre Liaison
Drawings for landlord approval, permits, escorted access, out of hours booking and compliance with centre delivery and noise rules.
Trade Coordination
Electrics, plumbing, flooring, glazing, extraction and shopfronts appointed and coordinated by us, with one point of accountability.
Installation
Our own fitters, nationwide, including overnight installs. The people who built it in Cardiff are usually the people who fit it.
Snagging & Handover
Joint snag walk, close-out on an agreed date and a handover pack with materials, finishes and care instructions.

The Questions We Get Asked.
Can you manage a fit-out you did not design?
Yes. We regularly take on schemes drawn by an architect or interior designer and take them through buildability, procurement, programme and installation. Having a workshop behind us means we can flag what will not build before it reaches site.
Who do we deal with day to day?
One project manager, from survey through to handover. You are not passed between an estimator, a contracts team and a site manager who have never spoken to each other.
Do you work overnight and in live centres?
Yes. Shopping centres and trading stores usually mean night works, escorted access, permits and strict noise and delivery windows. We plan around the centre's rules from the first programme rather than discovering them on week one.
What documentation do you provide?
Programme, risk assessments and method statements, insurance and public liability details, permit paperwork where a centre requires it, and an O&M style handover pack with materials and care information.
