Corian® · HIMACS · Thermoformed · Made in Cardiff
Solid Surface Fabrication. Seamless, by hand and machine.
Most fit-out contractors buy solid surface in from a third-party fabricator and hope the seams line up. We machine, thermoform, bond and polish it ourselves in our Cardiff workshop, then install it with our own fitters — so the counter you sign off is the counter we made.
What We Fabricate
One Material. Every Application.
Reception & Retail Counters
Seamless counters and cash desks with integrated power, cable routes and lit branding — built to survive high-footfall trading, not just a photo shoot.
Bar & Hospitality Tops
Drainer grooves, undermounted sinks, coved upstands and wipe-clean seamless runs specified for food and drink service.
Thermoformed Feature Surfaces
Curved fronts, radiused ends, sculpted 3D panels and backlit translucent surfaces formed over CNC-cut tooling.
Washrooms & Healthcare
Non-porous vanity tops, integrated bowls and coved details for hygiene-critical environments in clinics, gyms and public buildings.
CNC Machining
Inlays, engraved logos, perforation patterns and precision cut-outs machined from your artwork before assembly.
Repair & Refurbishment
Existing solid surface re-sanded, re-polished and re-seamed on site — a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Featured Fabrication
Myomaster, Westfield London
A retail kiosk in one of the most demanding trading environments in the UK, with a CNC-machined solid surface facade referencing muscle fibre. Formed, bonded and polished in Cardiff, then installed overnight to Westfield’s specification.

Solid Surface FAQs
The Questions We Get Asked.
What is solid surface and why use it in a fit-out?
Solid surface (Corian®, HIMACS, Hanex and equivalents) is a mineral-and-acrylic composite that can be thermoformed into curves, joined with invisible seams and repaired on site. It is non-porous, hygienic and food-safe, which makes it the default for counters, reception desks, bar tops, washrooms and healthcare interiors.
Do you fabricate solid surface in-house?
Yes. Cutting, CNC machining, thermoforming, bonding, sanding and polishing all happen in our own Cardiff workshop. Nothing is subcontracted, so tolerances, seam quality and lead times stay under our control.
Can you thermoform tight curves and 3D shapes?
Yes. We heat-form solid surface over CNC-cut formers to create curved counter fronts, radiused bar tops, illuminated translucent panels and sculpted feature surfaces — including the CNC muscle-fibre surface we produced for the Myomaster kiosk at Westfield London.
Do you supply templating and installation?
We laser-template on site, fabricate to that template and install with our own fitters. On-site seam bonding and polishing mean joints disappear rather than being covered with trim.
Can damaged solid surface be repaired?
Yes — that is one of its biggest advantages. Scratches, burns and impact damage are sanded and re-polished in place, so a trading counter can be brought back to new without replacement.
