What does a retail fit-out cost in the UK?
Cost depends on size, specification and location. As a guide, our bespoke retail kiosks start from £45,000 + VAT fully installed, and full store fit-outs are quoted against your brief, the landlord's specification and the condition of the unit. Every quote is itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Do you work nationwide or only in Wales?
Nationwide. We manufacture in our own Cardiff workshop and install across the UK, including Westfield London, Westfield Stratford, Meadowhall and Ealing Broadway.
Can you work out of hours in shopping centres?
Yes. Most centre installations are carried out overnight or outside trading hours so the unit is ready to trade the next morning.
Do you handle design as well as build?
Yes. We are a design and build contractor: concept, 3D visuals, technical drawings, landlord approval packages, manufacture, installation, snagging and handover.
How long does a UK retail fit-out take?
Typically 8 to 12 weeks from brief to trading. Design and approvals take 3 to 5 weeks, manufacture 4 to 6 weeks, and installation is usually 1 to 10 days depending on scope.
